Chocolate Artwork Guidelines: It is important to understand that there are limitations as to what art is suitable for working with chocolate, as chocolate cannot take details as well as Sealing Wax. Your artwork should not be too complex or detailed, should have thick lines and please avoid text as much as possible, especially if it is not very large.
FAQ: What is the difference between a Wax Seal Stamp and a Chocolate Stamp and can I use my stamp as both?
The difference between the two is that the Chocolate Stamp is engraved deeper, as the chocolate medium is a bit softer than wax. In addition we apply a food safe coating on the Chocolate stamp, which is then cured, and not necessary on a Wax Seal stamp. Technically, you can use the stamp for both, but you would void the food safe aspect.
DISCLAIMER: Our stamps are originally intended for use with sealing wax, but many clients also use them with chocolates, cookie dough, metals, and clay. While we offer these stamps as they have been very successful with chocolatiers, we are not experts in other mediums. The final outcome in these mediums are subject to many variables, including the type of material used, the softness and temperature of the material, and the ability and knowledge of the user to work with these mediums. Therefore, we ask that you understand how the process works and that we are not responsible for the final outcome in chocolate. Once you have approved your artwork, and we have proceeded to production, your stamp can not be cancelled or returned.

I was told I could return it if I was unsatisfied. The tree on the stamp in the preview showed larger than it actually is. I wouldmlike a replacement with some changes if that is possible. The initials perform beautifully, but the tree is barely seen and has a low profile. Hoping the tree would be more pronounced, even if the initials of the logo were shortened but not the overall depth....because that shows up icely when using the stamp. I already submitted an image before a couple of weeks ago. I hope this gets rectified soon. Thank you

Great quality and very quick service
I didn't even know this existed, but I am so excited to create little chocolate thank you's with my logo on it for my clients.

My mom's birthday is not til Jan 31, so I do not know how great it is til I use it next year. Bought it only because of food grade marketing. I think as long as my mom's name on it, I would be thrilled regardless. I wanted to say that they asked for approval even though I indicated it was not necessary. It looks like they take it seriously. This will help you minimize error, especially if you buy items for your candy business. Oh, it was fast shipping too.
Solid construction should last as long as I'm making chocolate. Makes a nice impression!

I was very happy with my experience. The process for creating my own stamp was very clear. They took my Adobe Illustrator file and made my stamp very quickly. I was also very pleased with the finish on the handle.
